Frequently Asked Questions

How much time does the program actually take each day?
  • Your daily routine is 0-15 minutes minimum. That’s the core of the program — and it’s designed to reduce your stress load, not add to it. Many parts of the routine require no time!
  • The weekly 1 hour group call is where the education and Q&A happens.
  • Changes layer in one week at a time so nothing hits all at once. You will spend an additional 30 mins to 1 hour a week implementing what you learned.
  • Your two 1:1 calls total 1 hour 30 mins and require about 15 mins to complete the onboarding process. 

    Total Time Spend = 2-4 Hours / Week 
Do I need to buy a lot of products or equipment?

Some ecosystem upgrades do involve cost — a water filter, cleaner personal care products, possibly an air purifier. The range depends on your home, family size, and whether you go low-end or high-end.

We give you a full breakdown with options at every budget level so you can make choices that make sense for your situation.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

No — and it’s not meant to be. This is an education and implementation program focused on the environmental and lifestyle foundations that influence how your body functions. Many clients find it makes their work with practitioners more effective. We work alongside your existing care, not instead of it.

How do I know the weekly call will fit into my schedule?

A survey is sent out to the group before the program begins to determine the best time for everyone.

What if I can't make a live group call?

Recordings are available after each session. You won’t fall behind. The group chat support is also there during business hours if you have questions between calls.

I'm already working with a practitioner. Will this conflict?

Not at all. The Outside-In Detox is designed to be the foundation that makes everything else more effective.
